NRI MORTGAGE LOAN

NON RESIDENT INDIAN (NRI) LOANS 




*We do Loans for NRI Customers – HOME LOANS, RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAP, COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PURCHASE & LAP

LOAN ELIGIBILITY:

  • Customer should be an Indian citizen or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) holding an Indian passport with status of NRI on deputation / employment / assignment.
  • Customer age should be not more than 60 years at the time of loan maturity. 


LOAN PROCESS:

  • Positive verification reports of the GPA residence 
  • Loan Disbursement will be done after receiving of the appraised technical report & Legal opinion of the property by the Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution.
  • Banks / NBFC / Financial Institutions will fund up to 60% - 90% (depends on loan product .,i.e. Loan Against Property / Home Loan) of the Property Value 
  • For under construction property (Home Loan), the loan amount will be disbursed in stage wise of the construction of the property. 


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF THE PROPERTY:

  • Agreement of Sale / Sale Deed
  • Link Documents
  • Property Plan with Proceeding letter
  • Latest Tax Paid Receipt
  • Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
